JET Estimating produces quantity estimates of the lumber required in construction of any wood- framed project. Due to high demand, ours is a first-come, first-served business; however, we will work with you to provide you what you need, when you need it.

We will provide a written proposal of the scope of work, an estimated start and completion date, and the fixed cost to produce the lumber takeoff.

NEW FOR 2010: If you have plans available for viewing on an ftp site or in Adobe (.pdf) format, we can tell you the cost for the takeoff IN ADVANCE. This eliminates the need to ship plans to us without knowing how much the takeoff will cost.

In addition, we provide Consulting, Analysis, and Advice as needed on an hourly rate (usually free to our loyal customers).
