Your takeoff from JET Estimating includes an Excel spreadsheet, with pages that can be used for the takeoff, bidding, inventory tracking, and purchase orders.

You will be given an option as to the type of spreadsheet you will receive for your lumber takeoff, based upon the unit pricing used by your supplier(s). Some suppliers price lumber by board feet and piece counts, while other suppliers price lumber by linear feet and piece counts. Choose the type of spreadsheet used by your supplier(s) from the two below:
