JET Estimating is to lumber takeoffs as Bill Gates is to computer operating systems.

My long-term goal is to eventually automate the lumber takeoff business by interfacing CAD-type computer programs with the formulas and calculations needed to quantify materials used in a particular project. Yes, you read it right--my goal is to put myself out of business and eliminate any doubt about the lumber needed to construct any project, large or small.

JET Estimating has been in business on a part-time basis since 1998, and full-time since 2001. Over the years, I've learned that customers keep coming back when they know they'll get the same quality every time they do business with you. That's my promise to you with every job.
